Technology can be used for all sort of dull stuff.
Here’s an example of an inspirational use.
A few people had an idea in Brooklyn, New York of sending their own capsule into Space using only items that were available from everyday sources.
The result – an HD video recording (see it after the jump) from their capsule launching from a park, travelling upwards 19 miles, then returning to earth.
They call it the Brooklyn Space Programme.
Very, very cool.
