If you want to know what the Isle of Wight council, guided by the ruling Conservative party, are planing for the Island, the Forward Plan is the place to look – for the publicly-declared items at least.
The latest version was issued earlier this week and it’s embedded below for your convenience.
Items of interest
If you’re generally not keen on pursuing the paperwork issued by local authorities, you might want to make an exception if you’ve got an interest in the following, as plans have been laid for all of these:
- The traffic or parking arrangements for Sandown;
- The development of the Solent Offshore Energy Centre (SOEC);
- The development of the Local Healthwatch Government scheme on the Island (Here’s an explanation of how the Gov seeing the scheme work);
- A general review of Highway Policies.
