I have been using the Cowes floating bridge now for well over 30 years.
In all that time, I’ve never had to wait so long to board and disembark the god forsaken vessel as now!
Added to that, with some (not all) operators thinking they’re providing a pleasurable service, it has become a very tedious experience.
The fact I’m paying for this pleasure just caps it off!
Understand teething problems
I do use the floating bridge most days and I understand that they’re having teething problems, but as a member of the public I’m fed up of using this service and feeling so unwelcome by certain operators (not all, I must add).
