Anyone interested in local history, don’t forget that the last Friday of every month is when the Ventnor and District Local History Society meet.
This month (tonight at 7.30pm) Andy Butler will be presenting part 3 of Luccomb to Blackgang.
As usual it’ll be held in the Masonic Hall in Grove Road and everyone is welcome. They normally last about an hour.
Non members will need to pay £1 for entrance.
These are fantastic meetings well worth every one of the 100 pennies.
