The Isle of Wight Rural Community Council has changed its name to Community Action Isle of Wight and that we have a new website too.
A new name was needed which better demonstrated who we are, what we’re about and the breadth of work we do.
Helping improve life on the Island
Over the years the RCC has delivered a wide variety of services and projects to help improve life on the Island but we’ve never been a council and we’ve never only been rurally focused!
Community Action Isle of Wight will continue the projects and services we have traditionally provided to help not for profit endeavour and voluntary organisations benefit the Island, and to be run by voluntary trustees nominated from amongst our 70 plus members.
