Organised Crime Unit appeal issued for man wanted in connection with immigration offences

Officers from the South East Regional Organised Crime Unit (SEROCU) are appealing for information about the location of a man wanted in connection with immigration offences. 

Terenc Malja, aged 31, who has links to the Isle of Wight, North London, Birmingham, Coventry and the Edinburgh area of Scotland, has been charged with conspiring to facilitate the commission of a breach of immigration law in connection with a SEROCU investigation. A warrant was issued for his arrest.

Description
Malja is white, 5ft 8ins tall, has short black hair with blue eyes. He speaks English with an Albanian accent and sometimes uses other names. 

He was last seen in Portsmouth, Hampshire, in January 2021 and officers have been working to locate him.

Investigating officer Detective Constable Adam Knight, of SEROCU, said,

“If you have any details about the possible whereabouts of Terenc Malja please report this immediately.

“If you believe you’ve seen him or have any information about where he may be please avoid approaching him and instead contact police.”
