Thanks to Yvonne Beattie for letting us know about a road traffic collision that has just happened.
She tells us that there has been a “crash” on Blackwater Road from Newport to Arreton before the Merstone exit.
At time of writing she said that no services had arrived.
We’ve spoken with the Fire Service who say that they’ve not had a call-out yet.
Yvonne also tells us that the eastbound carriageway is clear and traffic free-flowing.
We’ll update you once we have more information.
