Did you know that this Friday is World Wide Knitting in Public Day?
Neither did we until VB reader, Joy, got in touch to tell us about it and ask to promote the free event.
It takes place at the Putting Green in Ventnor Park, casting on starts at 2pm and all are welcome, whether you can knit or not.
Should be a great afternoon, so why not take a hour or so out to join in. Millions of people around the world will be doing the same.
