We’ve all heard of goal setting before, we do it every couple of years to maintain the focus on what we’re doing and what we want out of life, but we’ve not heard of anyone offering this valuable skill to children before – until now, that is.
Local children’s writer and Goal Mapping Practitioner, Bethan Stritton will be holding a workshop next month (during the Easter holidays) for children between the ages of 9-12 years old at Quays Arts Centre in Newport.
We have a more detailed article coming out shortly about goal setting for children, but if this is something that sounds of interest, give Bethan a call (details below) to reserve a place for your child or children, as they will be limited.
The Seven Magic Keys Goal Mapping Workshop at the Quay Art Centre on April 9th is a fun, interactive day, designed to teach Goal Mapping in simple language that aids understanding.
Your child will;
- Learn the importance of setting goal (and come up with their own).
- Generate self belief and genuine confidence in their abilities
- Unearth the universal laws of success
- Discover the technique of Goal Mapping and – of course – create their very own Goal Map with action plans for achievement.
- Children will each receive their own workbook as well as a copy of Sam The Magic Genie by Brian Mayne.
If you’d like to find out more or reserver a place for your child give Bethan a call on (01983) 856959 or email her at [email protected].
The cost is £35.00 per child.
