Earlier today News OnTheWight reported on which streets have the highest property prices on the Isle of Wight. We can now bring you details of which streets Varbes say have the highest square footage.
The street with the most expensive properties also has the largest properties, with an average house size of 3,209 square feet, over three times the 950 square feet average home.
Top ten streets for high end properties
Whilst the areas with the most expensive properties included Bembridge, Seaview, St Helens and Cowes, they didn’t all have houses with the most square footage.
