Cancer Research UK recently received a boost to their funds thanks to contract cleaning company Top Mops, with a cheque presented for £2,149 outside their head office in Sandown.
Following a vote across the Top Mops team at the start of the year, Cancer Research UK was selected as its official charity for 2023, with fundraising taking place across the business throughout this time.
This included a charity auction and raffle as Top Mops celebrated 25 years in business at a specially held event in September which raised £1,546 alone from the 100 guests that attended.
Supporting people living with cancer
Mark Tutty, Top Mops Founder and Managing Director commented,
“We were really pleased to be able to present Cancer Research with this cheque and provide the much-needed funds that will help them support people living with cancer.”
The cheque was presented to Jayne Bowater and Sarah Porter of Cancer Research UK by Mark Tutty, Craig Ford and Sarah Ford of Top Mops.
