News reaches us that there are massive delays around the Blackwater area this morning heading into Newport.
Traffic is backed up along Blackwater Road as well as Blackwater Hollow.
There have been roadworks outside Scats for about a week (due to finish around 9 October) but the traffic delays have been minor, so we suspect there is another cause for today’s tailbacks.
