The Vectis Party are pleased to announce Stephen J Parkes as their candidate for the Brighstone, Calbourne and Shalfleet seat on the Isle of Wight council vacated by Steve Hastings.
Stephen brings much experience as a candidate and councillor, and has pledged to tackle issues in the Ward such as public transport, local services and over-development.
