The time has come again for all you budding and talented musicians out there to pick up a pen and get your Wight Noize registration forms filled in and sent off.
For those with their heads in the sand over past years, Wight Noize is a Platform One initiative aimed at supporting young bands and solo artists resident on the Island. The Wight Noize Auditions are a chance for young bands and solo artists to professionally showcase themselves and gain constructive feedback from an experienced panel selected from the music industry. Note, this is NOT a ‘Battle of the Bands’.
One very lucky act will be chosen to perform at the Isle of Wight Festival 2007.
The Wight Noize 2007 Auditions will be held at The Venue @ Ryde Theatre on Saturday 12 May and Sunday 13 May 2007.
