Hovertravel is seeking feedback from its customers on improving the connection between its flights and Island Line services.
In a statement, the company said,
“We are working closely with Island Line to understand their new timetable and hope that, with your help, we can ensure the best possible integration between our two services from Spring 2023.”
The company emphasised that it values engagement with its community and believes that its users are best placed to provide important feedback on this matter.

It also noted that it has raised the issue with the Hovertravel User Group (HUG), which was unanimously in favor of exploring ways to improve the connection.
Current frequency of services won’t change
Hovertravel assured customers that it will maintain its current frequency of services, regardless of the departure times, and that any timetable revisions would not impact its ability to add extra services, either planned or at short notice.
At least eight weeks’ notice of any changes
The company added that, if there are any changes, the Hoverbus timetable will be amended to meet the revised hovercraft times.
Any potential changes will not be implemented until late March, and Hovertravel will give at least eight weeks’ notice of any changes to its customers.
