Inside Boojum and Snark - showing the bar and tables

A night of intrigue at Boojum and Snark: Sandown history meets music

Boojum and Snark in Sandown have a musical and historical treat for you on Tuesday evening.

Composed and presented by Sandown resident David Redston, What Magic Lies is a musical exploration of the history of Sandown Bay.

Through the eyes of a child, stories are told of smuggling in the Bay, of Lewis Carroll, wartime, the sinking of the Eurydice, and more.

Stellar career
David’s career includes feature films, London’s West End, and (once!) conducting the LSO at Abbey Road Studios.

“For this I know – there’s a truth in every story you’ve heard.”
