Papers prepared for an upcoming council meeting show Christ the King as having a £1m+ deficit last year. The school assures OnTheWight that it's easily explained.
Christ the King College was formed in 2008 by the merging of two Isle of Wight faith schools, Archbishop King and Trinity Middle.
Located in Carisbrooke, it formed its own Sixth Form in December 2013.
