Bestival 2010: Islander Tickets Available This Saturday

If you live on the Isle of Wight, this Saturday is your chance to get slightly discounted Islander tickets for Bestival 2010.

Judging from our archives, it looks as though this special offer took a holiday last year, so good to see it back. After all, a small part of Bestival’s success can be attributed to those who supported it as it was growing.

So, how much do you get off you ask? Buy them in person and you’ll be able to take your tickets home for £11.50 per ticket cheaper.

Tickets will be on-sale at face value (on a first-come, first-served basis) from the following official Bestival 2010 Islander Day ticket outlets at doors open this Saturday (6th March) NB All below outlets will revert to normal ticket prices (including fees) after Saturday.;

* Robin Hill Country Park (10:00am-4:00pm)
* ‘The White Hart’ pub, Havenstreet (usual opening hours)
* Cowes Tourist Information Centre (9 The Arcade : 10:00am-3:00pm)
* Newport Tourist Information Centre (The Guildhall – High Street : 10:00am-3:00pm)
* Ryde Tourist Information Centre (81 Union Street : 10:00am-3:00pm)
* Sandown Tourist Information Centre (8 High Street : 10:00am-3:00pm)
* Shanklin Tourist Information Centre (67 High Street : 10:00am-3:00pm)
* Yarmouth Tourist Information Centre (The Quay : 10:00am-3:00pm)

Adult Weekend Ticket (inc. camping for aged 18 or over on 10/09/2010
) – £150
Age 13 to 15 Weekend Ticket (inc. camping) – £75
Age 13 to 15 Weekend Tickets are for anyone aged 13 to 15 on 10/09/2010. These ticket holders must be accompanied by a Ticket holding parent or guardian over the age of 21*
Age 12 and Under Weekend Ticket (inc. camping) – FREE (BUT YOU MUST OBTAIN A TICKET)**
Age 12 and Under Weekend Tickets are for anyone aged 12 and under on 10/09/2010. These ticket holders must be accompanied by a Ticket holding parent or guardian over the age of 21*

* One ticket holding parent or guardian can only accompany up to 4 people under the age of 18.

** All Children aged 12 and under will need to obtain a (free) physical ticket this year. No exceptions.
