Don’t Forget School Admission Forms

As we mentioned back at the beginning of the month, school admission forms must be completed and returned to the Isle of Wight council (IWC) later this month.

If you child is in year six or seven, they will have already been allocated which secondary school they go to by the IWC (see table at bottom).

If you wish to change the school that has been allocated for your child, you must complete and return the application form, which is available from the School Admissions office at County Hall, by 29th October.

Year eight pupils
If you child is in year eight at the moment, you should apply online or by completing the application form sent to all parents at the start of term.

Admissions applications for Secondary schools must be completed by 4.30 pm on 12th November 2010.
