The figures revealed by the BBC this morning are grim reading for residents on the Isle of Wight, as the Trust misses major targets and lags behind the rest of the country in many areas.
When you call 999 or 111 on the Island, this is where you get through to. Who knew that it was such a comprehensive service or that the centre is thought of Nationally as 'revolutionary'? Great praise for the service.
