Regular readers will remember the many reports published here from Whiteley Bank resident Hannah Brock, who spent several months in Bethlehem this year.
Hannah had volunteered her time as an International Observer as part of the Ecumenical Accompanier Programme in Palestine and Israel.
Many readers told us they loved reading Hannah’s reports from the West Bank, so we’re sure you’ll be keen to hear Hannah talking in person about the experience.
Make a date in your diaries for 3pm on the 13th October 2012. Hannah will be taking at Calbourne Mill‘s cafe about life in Bethlehem today.
We were lucky enough to meet Hannah recently at the Isle of Wight Film Festival, where she was judging the Human Rights category of the competition. Her passion and vibrancy shines through, so we’re sure this’ll be a fascinating talk.
You can read reports of her time there with On The Wight
