All Shanklin crews raced fantastically well at the Itchen Imperial Regatta last weekend, having been drawn against some serious opposition throughout the day.
Crew from Shanklin Sandown Rowing club made the best of a bad situation on Saturday after being told when they were half way across the Solent that the regatta they were heading to had been cancelled.
