Isle of Arts Festival: Win Tickets For Comedy At The Boathouse

Roll up for our next Isle of Arts Festival ticket give-away.

Comedy at Boathouse sign:If Phill Jupitus on the Friday, Sandi Toksvig on the Saturday and Hardeep Singh Koli on Sunday afternoon aren’t enough to fulfil your comedy appetite, then you grab your last bit of Isle of Arts comedy on the Sunday evening at the Boathouse (next to the Spyglass Inn).

Take a handful of comedians making a name for themselves on the circuit; add in Ventnor’s own Radio4 comedy writer Hannah George as master of ceremonies and you’ve got an evening of witty, poignant and downright funny stand-up.

Six comedians for just £7
The line up includes the Island’s own Adrian Besozzi, who regularly brings the house down at Quay Comedy nights with riotous impressions and wry observations that are sure to go down well with the festival audience – especially if they’re familiar with his antics behind the bar at the Bonchurch Inn.

He will be joined by ultra sardonic Romesh Ranga, farmer-by-day-funnyman-by-night Rob Dumbrell, Aiden Goatley, a pet store manager who turned to stand-up after being rejected by NASA and the reassuringly warped Sam Savage.

How many comedians does it take to change a lightbulb?

You have until 5pm Sunday 15th April to submit your answer. If you have problems with the form email with ‘Boathouse Comedy Ticket Comp’ in the subject line to ventnorblog @ gmail.com (removing the spaces before and after the @ sign)
