Parents protesting last night accused Isle of Wight council officers of ‘fudging the figures’, and said the school was ninth out of 44 schools for improvement on the Island, and was ranked second out of all schools on the Island for Key Stage 2 performance.
As many feared, the proposed changes to parking on the Isle of Wight was voted through last night, but with one councillor notably against most of the proposals.
It was refreshing to see constructive debate over the proposed costs to complete the Cowes Enterprise College project at last night's Executive meeting. In years gone by, proposals were often approved and ticked off the list without any debate.
