Jules at her leaving party

Jules Monaghan leaves legacy of personal welcome and family atmosphere at Aspire Ryde

Aspire Ryde said goodbye to one of its founders last week.

After eight years at the Charity, Jules Monaghan is moving on to work alongside husband Heath in his role as Anglican Pioneer Minister in Ryde.

Having started the charity with Heath in 2014, Aspire has grown to become one of the Island’s busiest community hubs and now runs two buildings in Ryde alongside the Living Well and Early Help service across the Island.

Nicholas: We will miss her wit and wisdom
Trevor Nicholas, Chief Executive said,

“Jules has been the driving force behind our culture as a charity and has made sure that we haven’t lost our personal welcome and family atmosphere as we’ve grown.

“We will miss her wit and wisdom, but we look forward to seeing what she does next.”

Farewell party
Aspire took a short break from their production of 100s of Christmas hampers last week to host a party for Jules to allow staff and volunteers to say goodbye, with a number of former colleagues returning to take part.
