Growing number of rough sleepers
We’re told that homelessness has been increasing recently, the largest contributory being the breakdown of relationships, but there is also have a growing number of ‘rough sleepers’.
Andrew Hughes who helps run a ‘drop in’ on Friday evenings for ‘rough sleepers’ in Newport say they regularly get attendances into double figures.
