The Newchurch Male Voice Choir is suspending its activities due to the current Covid situation and rules.
This means their return concert that was to be held on Wednesday 15th December at All Saints Church, Newchurch, will be postponed.
Bob Cooper said,
“Singing is known to be a easy spreader of the virus, especially in a group situation.
“This fact, and with the demographics of the choir members making it a ‘vulnerable group’ has led to this action being taken for the foreseeable future.
“We trust our supporters understand and we look forward to getting back, when safe, and in 2022 bringing the pleasure of music and singing back to our public.”
