Platform One College of Music: Incredible results for the twentieth year running

News shared by Dave on behalf of Platform One College of Music. Ed

Platform One College of Music just keeps going from strength to strength.

Since opening in 1999, results have never dropped below national benchmarks and are consistently above expectations set by the Government across the country.

In the year that Platform One was recognised as the BTEC College of the Year, students have achieved outstanding results, with sixteen students achieving triple distinction grades in the BTEC Level 3 Extended Diploma in Music. This is equivalent to three straight A grades at A Level. Ten students achieved three ‘distinction stars’- the highest grade possible.

It is also noteworthy that Platform One did not use any predicted grades, afforded by Covid regulations – every single grade was earnt by the students.
