Red Funnel have announced a one-craft timetable on their Red Jet service until Friday (10th).
Leanna Lakes, Operations Director at Red Funnel, said,
“The safety of our passengers and crew is always our priority, and following a regular routine safety inspection, it has been necessary to carry out a repair a to Red Jet 4’s port jet unit.
“As part of our ongoing maintenance programme, Red Jet 6 is currently out of service for her annual refit, with a planned return to service on Friday afternoon.
“We will therefore be operating a revised Red Jet timetable, exclusively running Red Jet 7 until the afternoon of Friday 10th February.
“We encourage customers to check our live service status on our website or our Red Funnel app prior to travelling. We sincerely apologise for this inconvenience and are working as quickly as we can to restore our full service.”
