The Earl Mountbatten Hospice is appealing to community groups large and small on the Island to celebrate the Royal Wedding by holding a Royal Celebration Tea @ 3 party.
The Royal Wedding on Friday April 29th is a wonderful opportunity to get together with friends, colleagues, church groups and community groups to watch the celebration on TV and toast the happy couple and raise some funds for the hospice at the same time.
Lots of ideas
Maybe you could make some red, white and blue fairy cakes! The fundraising team at the hospice can help you by making your posters and invitations if you are holding a party open to the public.
The fundraising team can also supply you with hospice merchandise to sell on a purely sale or return basis. There are also plenty of teddy bears waiting for new homes with our Name the Bear competitions that are always a favourite at Tea @ 3 parties.
