First and Club Mile Champion was Tom Blackwell in a time of 5.08.6, second was Sean Furmidge in 5.17.5 and third was junior member Dominic Jacobs in 5.31.5.
First lady and Club Mile Champion was Sarah Kavanagh in 5.57.7, second returning from recent injury was Mary Norman in 6.28.1 and third was Emily Wildon in 6.32.5.
Hampshire Road Race League
Six Ryde Harriers travelled to Overton for the first of the Hampshire Road Race League at the weekend. In a five mile run of a two lap course Pete Young 1st V60 ran in a time of 31.52, second home was Mandy Womack in 35.32 (pb) third was Pete Still in 35.42, fourth home was Stephen Lee in 41.00 and fifth was Abi Cooke taking part in her first league race for the Club in 43.32 and sixth was John Randles in 46.09.
