The West Wight Chilly Hilly fundraising run returns on Sunday

Over 300 runners will be tackling the hills of West Wight on Sunday 4th December in the annual West Wight Chilly Hilly ten-mile multi terrain race, raising funds for West Wight Sports and Community Centre.

Now in it’s eighth year, the race, sponsored by local running store Love Running in Newport, has become a favourite way to kick off the festive season with local and mainland runners alike, making their way around the challenging ten-mile loop, which takes in iconic views from Tennyson Down, the Needles, Headon Warren and an exhilarating sea wall sprint between Totland and Colwell Bays.
