A man and a woman have been charged by police investigating the supply of illegal drugs on the Isle of Wight.
The 52 year old man, of Newport Road, Freshwater, Isle of Wight was charged with production of cannabis, a dishonest use of electricity, and possessing criminal property, namely cash.
The 48 year old woman, of Newport Road, Freshwater, Isle of Wight was charged with being concerned in the production of cannabis, and the use of criminal property, namely cash.
Both suspects were bailed by police to appear before the Isle of Wight Magistrates Court today (Tuesday, March 8, 2011).
The charges follow a drugs warrant, which was executed at an address on Newport Road, Freshwater at 9am on Sunday, November 21, 2010.
