It’s been a busy and funny old week ending in elections over the Island bringing new councillors, loosing others and quite a few of them staying put.
Tomorrow, the South East edition of the Politics Show will be covering the local elections – not surprisingly. Alongside that will be a segment on how Social Media (read Twitter, blogs, etc) is changing the reporting of news and elections.
VentnorBlog will be chipping in its experiences live via a Skype video linkup sometime between 11:30 and 12:00.
You know VB will always help out when it can and in the past we’ve clarified some Island info for The Politics Show putting forward a question or two that ended up being put to David Pugh on one of the shows (Cllr Pugh’s face was a picture when VentnorBlog was mentioned!)
Get involved via Twitter
Twitter users can get involved now and during the show (how to join Twitter) by Tweeting any comment they may have about the recent elections and just include #polshow in your Tweet. The team at the Politics show will pick it up and may use it on the show.
The Politics Show is on between 11:00 and 12:30 on Sunday on BBC 1.
