There are ways to pay less for your broadband – and in one case, mobile – if you are in receipt of Universal Credit, Pension Credit or some other financial support due to your circumstances.
They’re called Social Tariffs – something that very little had been known about until recently.
Possible £250 saving Which? claims
The average customer could save £250 a year by switching to one of these deals, consumer group Which? says.
News OnTheWight has drawn together a list of companies that Isle of Wight residents might be using and details the offers they have. They’re ordered alphabetically.
Best deals
If it’s speed of connection that’s the most important thing to you, then WightFibre’s deal cannot be beaten with 100Mb.
If it’s monthly outgoings, the BT wins at £15/month (but Wightfibre is only £1.50/month more).
