The Isle of Wight Festival is holding a Dragon Boat Race today – St Georges Day – at Island Harbour to raise funds for WellChild, the national charity for sick children.
Taking part in the Race are not only several Isle of Wight businesses, such as Southern Vectis, Island Roads, Blacksheep Bar and Bagel Wrap, but also festival partners and corporate supporters of the charity.
Islanders are invited to head down to Island Harbour from midday to watch the races which take place between 12pm and 6pm.
There’ll be entertainment afterwards at the Breeze.
All monies raised will go directly to the WellChild charity.
