In a time of austerity, having the space to grow your own fruit and vegetables is something many desire.
So it’s with thanks to Janet Hopkins that we can let you know that two half plots have become available for cultivation at VERA (aka the Vectis Road Allotments in East Cowes).
Not only that, but they also have another two becoming available at the end of February 2013.
Need to be a local resident
The only restriction is that members have to live in East Cowes or Whippingham. The allotments are in Cadets Walk, East Cowes.
