Call for kayakers and canoeists to be part of charity Pier to Pier swim

The event attracted over 100 swimmers last year and as well as the help of inshore rescue teams, the services of kayakers and canoeists are needed to support the swimmers.

It was pretty choppy out on the water on Saturday, but that didn't deter the 120 swimmers who took part in the 66th Isle of Wight Pier to Pier Race. Well done to them and those in the safety boats.
