Friends and family of a former pupil of Carisbrooke High School and the Isle of Wight College have rallied together after news of his disappearance during a skiing holiday in France.
The Times have reported that 18 year old Kieron Flux was found in the Gorges de la Daille, Val d’Isère on Wednesday night following a helicopter search.
Tributes have been flooding into the Facebook profiles of Kieron’s family.
A spokesperson from the Foreign and Commonwealth Office said,
“We can confirm the death of a British male in France.
“We are providing consular assistance to the family at this difficult time.”
Our sincerest thoughts go out to Kieron’s parents, family and friends.
