More than £1,000 has been raised from selling items made by 13-year-old Emilia Belchamber from Surbiton and her Aunt, Vivien White whilst in their Shanklin beach hut this summer
RNLI volunteers from Cowes Lifeboat Station recently shared beach safety lessons with members of Ryde-based John's Club, which caters for people with learning and physical disabilities.
The new lifeboat will be officially named by the head of the Maritime and Coastguard Agency, followed by family fun and fundraising for the Freshwater Independent Lifeboat.
