If you’re planning to pop along to Cowes Yacht Haven either tomorrow or Thursday for the Island Expo Catering and Hospitality Exhibition, you might want to schedule your visit to tie in with some of the many food demonstrations taking place at the ‘Taste’ kitchen.
Being the passionate foodies that they are, Taste of the Wight have managed to wheel in a number of top chefs from around the Wight, as well as celebrity chef Cyrus Todiwala.
We’re particularly looking forward to sampling the delights of Luke Holder from The Lakeside and Charlie Bartlett from The Garlic Farm as we haven’t tried their food yet.
