The inaugural West Wight Quadrathlon took place on Sunday (10th June).
The event consisted of a gruelling combination of 600 metres pool swim, 12 kms cycle, 6 nm sea kayak and 4.5 km run, starting and finishing at West Wight Sports Centre.
Matt Trautman crowned winner
Winner was Matt Trautman who finished in an incredible two hours 15 mins.
The event looks set to become a regular part of West Wight Sports Centre’s calendar of endurance events alongside The Needles Half Marathon and the West Wight Triathlon.
