More Anonymous Donations For Ryde Inshore Rescue

Great news from Michaela about the new lifeboat appeal. Ed

LifeboatShortly after announcing that Ryde Inshore Rescue had reached their first milestone for their new lifeboat two very kind donations came through within the week that now puts them over half way towards getting the replacement craft.

Through their justgiving site came an anonymous donation of £500 and then later on in the week the Rotary Club of Ryde donated another £500. The total figure raised now stands at £3195.

Donations important to survival
The generosity of the public and organisations such as the Rotary Club is how units like us survive. It is a shame that we cannot personally thank all those who have made anonymous donations through our justgiving site but we really are very grateful to every single person who has taken the time to help us.

Further fundraising events are being arranged by the unit to continue to boost this figure.
