One of the seventh wonders of the world, the Great Hanging Gardens of Newport Town Centre return this Summer, with added water supply, using reservoir tank engineering science.
In homage to the remarkable efforts of the Babylonians, Newport’s high street’s fortunes, had become a bit up and down, something akin, to the trials and tribulations of the Assyrian Empire. The Assyrian Empire, in 600BC, built chariots to offer their armies greater protection on the battlefield – the first Army to incorporate an engineering department.
Hanging Gardens of Newport, and Bee Friendly High Streets
Something had to change, so along with with Care In The Garden CIC at Wootton, Newport Business Association came up with the idea to create the Hanging Gardens of Newport, and Bee Friendly High Streets, so that colour, adventure, and night life, could be supported in the Town.
