Last week saw Ryde Harriers continue their winter series with a 5 mile scratch race.
First was Les Cupis in 32.25, second was Andrew Lewis in 35.16 closely followed by Rowland Sillito in a time of 35.24.
First lady home was Mandy Womack in a time of 36.26 and second was Julie King in 36.35 and third lady was Cherry Shannon in 37.28.
