Young Islander Joe Plumb, whose name you might recognise from work with the RedTIE Theatre Group has asked for the help of VB readers.
Joe is working on an Arts Research Project as part of his degree and has compiled a short survey about Islander’s use of Quay Arts Centre in Newport.
