We’ve just heard that the Isle of Wight council planning committee approved the planning permission for the “Super Pan” expansion of the Pan Estate.
The votes were eleven votes in favour, with one against.
Local councillor, Cllr Geoff Lumley, raised concerns last week that the application seemed to be “steamrolling through the planning system.” The council responded that they were merely being efficient.
