The Isle of Wight council and Amey have extended the period of grace for residents settling into the new waste collection system until 27th May, as some bins are still being delivered and communal bins stores reassessed.
AmeyCespa commenced a 25 year PPP waste contract with the Isle of Wight council on 1st November 2015.
As part of their plans, they have closed the recycling plant and will be designing and building a new state of the art recycling centre, aiming to prevent 90% of rubbish going to landfill.
