20th anniversary of Cowes lifeboats to be celebrated

Opening of Cowes lifeboat station by Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II as part of her Diamond Jubilee tour. Atlantic 85 inshore lifeboat Sheena Louise B-859 also named at the ceremony.

This weekend celebrations in Cowes will honour the 20th anniversary of Cowes Independent Lifeboat and the 10th anniversary of Cowes RNLI.
