If you’re coming to the Isle of Wight for Bestival, famous for it’s great music and fancy dress, you might be interested in the Royal Revival, taking place next month in Ventnor.
The Royal Hotel, in celebration with the Michelin Guide, have put together a weekend of vintage fun on 14th and 15th October 2011.
It’ll be your chance to dig out (or purchase from local vintage retailer, Suzes Room) your favourite vintage outfits for two days and nights of cocktails, jazz, nostalgic glamour and wonderful food.
What’s on offer
Friday night sees the excellent Bovril Sisters. Enjoy a three course meal with Simon Fricker on the piano and the Bovril Sisters, an Acapella trio performing hits of The Boswell Sisters.
Saturday continues in the same vein with world class music from Liane Carroll and an Edwardian inspired Gala dinner.
You can choose to stay at the Hotel as part of their weekend package or book tickets for either of the two evening events.
Whatever you choose, you’re sure to have a great time.
